There are stairs to the private entrance, and also from the suite to the beach and boat house. Large open plan dining/lounge area, with an American Leather (extremely comfortable) sofa bed and mini kitchen. The bedroom has a Queen bed, two night stands and a dresser. It has a four piece bathroom. The house is newly built, is south facing and has a lot of character.

Home is accessible, private, cottage feel, natural landscape, ample private parking, close to all amenities and heated pool from June to mid October. Pool is deep, heated and old. With wind and hot weather, water can get cloudy with organics. Pool water tested and cleaned bi-weekly.

Kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, induction stove top, convection oven/microwave/air fryer. Please note: Driveway is sloped, with set of stairs to Guest Suite.
