Room has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster and keurig coffee maker, crock pot and electric skillet. Printer is available for less than 10 sheets at $1 per page. Walk out of its door is a private balcony. You don't share anything with anybody except the parking space. The main house is also an Airbnb unit.
