Enjoy the unique setting of this romantic spot in nature - lull yourself to sleep or let your creativity flow into new realms. The 360 degrees deck and movable furniture gives you options to enjoy, whatever the season. Open the curtains & doors to let the river breeze flow thru as you watch the river flow past. Close the curtains to retreat into your own little piece of seclusion.

The Floathouse is a luxury tiny home floating on the Murray River offering a unique and romantic experience an hour from Adelaide. Features include an outdoor bath, queen bed, sofa, WIFI, ensuite with toilet/shower, large deck with sun loungers, dining table, double swing, separate swimming platform and a BBQ for those wanting to make the most of the river views. Our kitchenette is equipped with everything you require to prepare meals. The Floathouse is moored permanently within a gated marina.

Stone gate cottage is a 1960's built stone cottage which has been newly renovated in a neutral colour pallete to enhance the natural charm and character of the handcrafted stone work. Our beautiful studio apartment is positioned away from the main residence ensuring privacy at all times. The studio overlooks a beautiful lake with its own island accessible via a bridge.
