Το Αρχοντικό στεγάζεται σε πέτρινο αρχοντικό του 1932, στο κέντρο της Αναβρυτής, που ανακαινίστηκε με σεβασμό στον χαρακτήρα του το 2006 και μετατράπηκε σε παραδοσιακό ξενώνα. Σε υψόμετρο 800 μ. προσφέρει μαγευτική θέα στον Λακωνικό κάμπο και περιβάλλεται από φύση, με πολλά μονοπάτια πεζοπορίας να ξεκινούν από εδώ. Λειτουργεί ως ξενοδοχείο Μάρτιο έως Νοέμβριο, ενώ τον υπόλοιπο χρόνο διατίθεται με ιδιωτική κράτηση.
