The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Venture into our barn turned modern guest house with an attached indoor half-basketball court! The Barn is nestled between the Forbes Top Ten Rated Lancaster downtown, the quaint town of Lititz and the Spooky Nook Sports Complex. We are ready to accommodate large groups with a full kitchen and room in the upstairs loft for extra inflatable mattresses and sleeping bags. While we welcome well behaved dogs, so long as they are neutered or spayed, we cannot accommodate cats. Please don’t forget to list your dog in your reservation if you are bringing one. Infants are welcome if they are not yet walking. We can provide a pack and play.
