The Old Stone House was built when the island of Nisyros was under Italian occupation in the 19th century. Wonderful views to nearby islands and glimpses of Turkey. Set set in private gardens and a 15 minute walk down to the village of Mandraki. The uphill walk back is 10 min longer. A full bathroom, huge outdoor kitchen and small but refreshing pool. We are completely off grid. Solar power and solar hot water. For 2023 we have added a fabulous Glamping tent that sleeps 2. 20 m from the house

This is an traditional Nisyrian house (65 km2). It is good for couples, 3 friends travelling together, solo adventurers or a small family. The house has wifi, but because of the narrow street it can be unreliable at times. The neighbourhood is authentic and has a lovely atmosphere. The house is only 8 minutes walk from the beach, tavernas, cafes and shops in the centre of the village. Nisyros is a beautiful Aegean islands, still untouched by tourism. It is part of the Dodecanese Island group.

Ακόμα απέχει 5' από τον παραλιακό δρόμο του νησιού, όπου βρίσκονται καφετέριες και εστιατόρια αλλά και από την κεντρική πλατεία "Πλατεία Ηλικιωμένης". Βρίσκεται στο δεύτερο όροφο, διαθέτει 2 μπαλκόνια με θέα τόσο στη θάλασσα όσο και στο βουνό.

Η «Μέσσες» είναι μια πέτρινη κατοικία που τα προηγούμενα χρόνια είχε τη χρήση του αγροτόσπιτου. Το σπίτι έχει ανακαινιστεί πρόσφατα ώστε να παρέχει σύγχρονες ανέσεις και περιβάλλεται από ένα αγρό περίπου δυο στρεμμάτων με βελανιδιές, ελιές και τερεβινθιές, τα δέντρα δηλαδή που συναντούνται παντού στο νησί. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται πάνω από τον οικισμό του Μανδρακίου, σε ένα ύψωμα που οι ντόπιοι αποκαλούν «Μέσσες».
