Self contained annex with own entrance & parking.

Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with private kitchen, shower room and living room. The bedroom & living room are freshly decorated. Guests have their own entrance to the annex which is adjoining to the main house but separated by two doors. Feel free to use the garden and bar-be-que and to sit wherever you like. We have a friendly dog who will wonder around but keep away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy

Perry's Roost, Little Catley (Farm)

Tastefully converted hop kiln in idyllic rural setting, surrounded by nature, unspoilt countryside and views of the Malvern Hills. Perry's Roost is a perfect base for exploring this beautiful area, with easily accessible hill walks and picturesque local towns . Catley is a walkers paradise, multiple footpaths and quiet lanes in all directions from the door . Well behaved dogs very welcome but restricted to ground floor. Bedroom sleeps 2, in either a super king bed or twin singles to suit.

A perfect ground floor apartment below our family home, with off street parking and it’s own private entrance and spacious sun terrace. This wonderful retreat sits in an area of outstanding natural beauty with the most magnificent views looking to the Brecon Beacons 50km and beyond. It’s peaceful and quiet location is nestled on the side of the Malvern Hills within just a few minutes walk you can get to a quaint pub, a friendly cafe/shop and many footpaths taking you directly onto the Hills.

Completely Unique Tin Shed.

The unique Tin Shed has been designed using sustainable and recycled materials, featuring original art from local artists and filled with natural light. It is lined with wood creating a warm and natural ambiance and it also has a wood burner. A compact, well equipped kitchen, living space, ground floor bathroom with power shower and WC. Upstairs is a generous bedroom with Super king or twin beds, and beautiful views of rolling countryside from a picture window. Outside is a patio and fire pit.

The Cider Press with Games Room

The Cider Press, offers entirely purpose-built self-contained living space. On the ground floor, a convenient shower room/toilet adjacent to the impressive private games room. Ascend to the first floor to find a spacious lounge area featuring a TV, along with a well-equipped kitchenette boasting a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and oven/air fryer. At the far end, awaits super king-size bed, promising a restful night's sleep. As an added perk, guests have exclusive access to our home gym.

Now re-opened winter bookings! The perfect choice for walkers and their dogs ... with direct access to the Hills. Couples, a get together with friends, or a golfing break away. Sleeps 4 guests within two bedrooms. Separate study with good Wifi. 1860s stone cottage, with very steep steps outside and narrow staircases inside, making it unsuitable for very young children and those with limited mobility. On road parking. Pets very welcome. One night stays available and also longer lets.

Take a break and relax in a beautiful village/countryside location. The cottage, which dates back to 1650, is a short walk to the Malvern hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are public country footpaths from the front of the cottage that are a walkers paradise. Alternatively, the large private gardens are perfect for relaxing. The village has a pub, shop, doctors surgery a mobile Post office, beautiful church and 16th century village hall, all within a short walk.

Sit outside on the patio and enjoy the glorious views of the Malvern Hills, or take a leisurely walk onto the common. Sit around the fire pit and gaze up at the stars. You don't have to be anywhere or do anything .. just relax. We are 3 miles away from Bromyard a Saxon settlement steeped in history, which retains its old world charm, offering local produce.

Haven in the Hills

A higgledypiggledy garden flat in a Victorian house built in the 1840s. It's perfect for a couple or solo traveller, it has a cosy cottagey feel with eclectic decor. It's cool in the Summer but central heating & a wood burning stove make it toastie for winter retreats. It is a short walk to the town centre via a steep hill or the 99 steps through the Rose Gardens. It's a magical place in the clouds, in the middle of the Malvern Hills, located on a quiet single track road.

Badgers Bothy is set within a woodland glade in the grounds of the 16th century Amberley Farmhouse and provides the most unique and charming country escape. Our idyllic cottage is set on the edge of Minchinhampton Common (located in an AONB) and with miles of footpaths which are perfect for those wishing to explore the Cotswolds. This beautiful cottage exudes an aura of peace and tranquillity and a haven for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy life.

Modern luxury meets breathtaking charm. Situated in the grounds of our property on Bringsty Common, the detached annex nicknamed “Holly Barn” is separated from our cottage by a shared parking area. Located on the Herefordshire/Worcestershire border. The idyllic market town of Bromyard is a 5 minute drive, with its old world charm and selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. A sitting-room with glorious views to the East and the Cotswold edge. There is off road parking, private entrance, new bathroom and new separate loo, kitchen and spacious hallway. There are stone steps down to the flat. Self contained. Breakfast ingredients provided.
