The beach is literally in front of the building. There is free parking on the street right outside. It is very close to the bus station (50 meters away) close to restaurant, bar, coffee, 15 minutes walking from Platanias and 15 minutes from the center of Chania town by car or by bus. It has one big bedroom, small kitchen, and bathroom and one sofa-bed.
