Kores boutique houses - Ekaterini

The KORES boutique houses are an independent, self-catering lodging of two furnished residences that have been specially developed in a completely renovated multi-storey medieval building, in the traditional district of Topanas, on the western side of the old Venetian harbor of Chania.Both residences are enchanting houses with hospitable rooms in light and frugal lines. The harmony of spaces in levels, the arches, erratic walls, the galleries and Venetian walls that constitute a part of the house, create an astonishing cluster of medieval architecture in the two residences with the names "Aspasia" and "Ekaterini". "Aspasia" occupies the ground floor and the first floor of the lodging and consists of: The ground floor with a double bedded bedroom and another with a couch – bed, and a bathroom with open shower. The first floor with the living room, the dining room and open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms with closed showers, a master bedroom in the loft and a bedroom with two single beds below. "Ekaterini" occupies the second and third floor of the lodging and consists of: The second floor with the living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a den with the “Turkish” couch that can easily host a 5th individual in the residence if necessary and a bathroom with a closed shower. The rooms of the second floor have access to a garden with a dining table, six chairs and an umbrella offering ample shade. The third floor with a master bedroom and its private terrace with a couch, a patio table and sun beds give the opportunity to guests to enjoy relaxation in the sun and the unhindered views of traditional backstreets, roofs and lofts of buildings, and of the mountains in the south.

19th century ottoman (40 square meter) house, fully restored in 2021, placed in a peaceful little village near Kissamos (Kasteli), 55 minutes from Chania airport. Relaxing and minimal with boho vibes, ready to host stylish couples, friends, lonely travelers, or even small and flexible families (sofas can be used as small beds for children). Mekia House

Το Mekia house βρίσκεται σε ένα ήσυχο περιβάλλον με πανοραμική θέα προς τη θάλασσα και το ηλιοβασίλεμα από όλα τα σημεία του σπιτιού. Οι επισκέπτες μας μπορούν να απολαύσουν τον έναστρο ουρανό στο ιδιωτικό τζακούζι. Το Mekia house είναι φτιαγμένο με μεράκι για όσους αγαπούν να ακούν τον ήχο της θάλασσας και να παρακολουθούν τα χρώματα του ηλιοβασιλέματος. Βρίσκεται μόλις 300 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα, πολύ κοντά στις φημισμένες παραλίες Ελαφονήσι (13χλμ), Φαλάσαρνα (30χλμ) και Μπάλος (40χλμ).

Η αυλή της Ασπασίας, Λάκκοι, Χανιά Κρήτη

Ενα ήσυχο σπίτι 60τμ στο χωριό των Λάκκων, σε υψόμετρο 500 μέτρα, με ατμόσφαιρα παραδοσιακή, με ανεμπόδιστη θέα στα Λευκά Ορη της Κρήτης, με δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες, ένα μπάνιο και καθιστικό με κουζίνα, που φιλοξενεί 4 άτομα και το κατοικίδιό τους. Η ανατολή του ήλιου χτυπάει πρωί πρωί την αυλή και τα παράθυρα του σπιτιού και το λούζει με φως. 20 λεπτα από το φαράγγι της Σαμαριάς, 30 λεπτά από τα Χανιά και 60 λεπτά για τη Σούγια στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος και 10 λεπτά από το πλησιέστερο σούπερμαρκετ.

Η εξοχική κατοικία 'Sea View House Platanias', φιλοξενεί 4 άτομα σε ανεξάρτητα Υ/Δ και προσφέρει ένα μοναδικό ηλιοβασίλεμα για ρομαντικά απογεύματα στην βεράντα. Η κατοικία έχει ιστορία από τον 19ο αιώνα, είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένη το 2014 με σεβασμό στην τοπική αρχιτεκτονική και υλικά, το ξύλο και την πέτρα. Η κατοικία διαθέτει πάρκινγκ σε διπλανό οικόπεδο. Το άνετο πέτρινο σπίτι μας στο χωριό "Καλουδιανά Κισάμου" είναι ένα τέλειο μέρος για χαλάρωση. Ανακαινίσαμε το σπίτι των παππούδων μας που χτίστηκε το 1800 από τους προγόνους μας. Βρίσκεται σε τέλεια τοποθεσία κοντά στην αγορά του χωριού, σε απόσταση 200 μέτρα. Mακριά από τον κεντρικό δρόμο για ησυχεία και χαλάρωση!
