In a place dominated by the blue sky and the green landscape we created Patriko, a luxurious villa with a unique view. It is an old traditional mansion whose renovation was completed in 2007 with lots of love and passion from the new owners. In the villa Patriko the traditional way of living meets the luxury and the modern amenities. Stone walls and arches, wooden doors and ceilings, noble furniture, lights and paintings take you to forgotten worlds. The large swimming pool with the incredible view to the mountain and the sea, and the beautiful, fragrant, colorful garden decorate the fairy scene. It lies in the picturesque village Kaliviani Kissamou where elements of the Cretan culture remain set up to these days, and you can spend time at the traditional coffee-shops and tavernas. Just a few kilometers away are the renowned Falasarna beach with the endless sand, the exotic Elafonisi, the breathtaking lagoon of Balos and the island of Gramvousa with the Venetian castle.

Our 2-floor house is located in the centre of Kampos village. It has a beautiful balcony from which you can enjoy magical mountain view.You will always find free parking space next to the property.We will welcome you with a full fridge for your breakfast and also we will provide you with wine and raki of our production.The closiest beach 'Afratolakkos' is less than 10 minutes away with your car.It is an hour and a half distance with your car from Chania airport.Kampos has 3 traditional tavernas.

Wood and stone house

Philoxenia is about being friendly to a stranger, in a particularly warm and generous way. This is what we offer as an experience. Our house is made of stone and wood. Sun light is getting in every room from plenty of windows.The house provides a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. There are two bedrooms,each one with a private bathroom and air condition. You would find all you could possibly need. The best part of the house is its beautiful, private, full of green yard.

Το Chalaros house βρίσκεται σε ένα ήσυχο περιβάλλον με πανοραμική θέα προς τη θάλασσα και το ηλιοβασίλεμα από όλα τα σημεία του σπιτιού. Οι επισκέπτες μας μπορούν να απολαύσουν τον έναστρο ουρανό στο θερμαινόμενο τζακούζι. Το Chalaros είναι φτιαγμένο με μεράκι για όσους αγαπούν να ακούν τον ήχο της θάλασσας και να παρακολουθούν τα χρώματα του ηλιοβασιλέματος. Βρίσκεται μόλις 300 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα, πολύ κοντά στις φημισμένες παραλίες Ελαφονήσι (13χλμ), Φαλάσαρνα (30χλμ) και Μπάλος (40χλμ).
