The house is 7 minutes from the sea, it's surrounded by 1,5 acre field which has many olive trees. The rented room is in the first floor of the house with a private entrance and has a 20 m balcony with a great sea view. The room is also close to the shops. The visitors can also use the yard. The region is very quiet. The room is traditionally furnished with respect to the island's tradition. The floor is wooden like the roof, doors and windows. It is also fully equipped with modern amenities.

The secluded cute cottage is ideal for those who wish to relax in a peaceful natural environment. Far from the noise and from other tourists, this is the perfect spot to decompress and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located above the tiny village of Nas and you will need a vehicle to reach it (1km dirt road, but accessible with any type of vehicle). Apart from the impressive beach of Nas, during the summer months you will find lovely traditional taverns and a grocery store.

Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

Renovated with all modern amenities located in the center of the village Magganitis with stunning views of the Aegean Sea.The house is close to the beatiful beach Firodi.To go to the beach you need 2 minutes by car and 10 minutes.on foot. Also close to the grocery,70 m.from the tavern"Φεροη"and 1 kl from the famous beach Seychelles.

Wifi, air condition and a fully equipped kitchen are making this a perfect vacation place. As my family has there own gardens and chicken, we will supply with some fresh goodies to accompany your meals.

Maria's Rooms

Relax with a Greek coffee on your private balconies with panoramic views of the mountains and the Ikarian Sea. A small port, which many locals frequently swim at, is a 150 meter downhill walk. A local beach called Firodi is another 350 meters from the port. Seychelles Beach can also be accessed from the port by small boat trip during summer months.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον επαρχιακό δρόμο Αγίου Κηρύκου - Αρμενιστή. Τελείωσε η κατασκευή του το 2018 . Απέχει μόλις 5λεπτα , με τα πόδια, από την πλατεία του χωριού και την παραλία . Στο μπαλκόνι μπορεί να χαλαρώσει και να ξεκουραστεί ένα ζευγάρι , μια οικογένεια , ή μια μικρή παρέα φίλων απολαμβάνοντας τη θέα του βουνού ή της θάλασσας .
