Homidays is a concept developed by our family business for you to feel at home in your holidays. We have three apartments, each inspired by our favorite sights in Madeira: historic old town (Santa Maria), Seixal and Porto Santo. Check out our other apartments, hope you will be surprised. We want your experience to be pleasant so do not hesitate to talk to us and let us know your doubts or needs. Old town's restaurants and bars are 2 minutes away, while Mercado dos Lavradores, shops, and supermarkets are only a little further afield. Grab a coffee and fresh bread every morning on the corner of the street and find beaches within a short walk. The City Centre and most attractions are reached by foot.

NOTA: Há trabalhos de construção na área circundante, por isso esteja preparado para alguns níveis variados de ruído de construção no horário de trabalho.

Modern studio in the sunny and serene, sunny village of Jardim do Mar, south west of Madeira Island. Studio G features an open plan design with kitchenette, lounging area with TV (with Netflix), a cozy king sized bed, a spacious bathroom and a private south facing balcony with ocean and pool view. We provide free Wi-Fi and free parking (the property is a minute walk from the village's centre and the main free parking lot). Note: AC available after July 1st.

Uni AIR Studio

Uni AIR is our top floor studio with a balcony that directly overlooks the horizon and the island's shore. Decorated with a bohemian feel, with a bamboo arch holding a dreamcatcher above the bed, this studio has a double bed,a fully equipped kitchen and an ensuite bathroom ensuring all the privacy and tranquility one is seeking. Near the Reis Magos promenade, just 10 minutes from the airport and 15 from Funchal, this apartment is ideally located for relaxation and adventure. Stunning Ocean View Apartment

- Superb view over the sea - Queen size bed - 5 minutes by foot to café and bakery, 10min walking down to Câmara de Lobos (historical fisherman village with nice restaurants, supermarkets etc) -15 min by car to Funchal - 10 min by car to Cabo Girão viewpoint - Can advice guests about the weather and choose hikings in the mountains - I am very happy to give all the support and information to the guests.

This apartment with 103 square meters is located on the second floor and divided in two floors. In the lower floor, there is a bedroom with queen-size bed, a spacious bathroom with shower and a french balcony. In the upper floor, there is a large living room with sofabed (capacity for 2 guests) fully equipped kitchen, laundry, bathroom with shower and a charming balcony where you can have your meals.

Meu Pé de Cacau is a tropical fruit garden surrounded by dramatic cliffs to the north-east and the vast Atlantic Ocean to the south-west. Four beautifully designed and sustainably built studios share the property with an infinity pool, social areas and luxurious plantations hosting hundreds of different tropical fruits, planted on traditional agricultural terraces hand crafted in basalt stone.
