Enjoy a delicious breakfast sourced from local markets. Dietary needs can be accommodated. Perfect South Shore location, close to Bayswater Beach and a quick 15 minutes from Hubbards. We are 45 minutes from Halifax on the 103 (Exit 6). Chester, Mahone Bay and Lunenburg are all within an easy drive. We share our home with Pico, a small terrier.

Country Inn by the Bay - Room 3

A European style country inn, restaurant and 63 acre forest OPEN YEAR ROUND, 1 km from the Bay of Fundy. Surround yourself with the comfort of nature; unplug, unwind. Take a hike through our forest trails, walk along the shoreline or tour the area. In the morning, enjoy a European style continental breakfast on our large deck or in the privacy of your room. Want to see different views of Mahone Bay? We have 2 bikes and 2 paddle boards available for guest use. The trails are handy and the water is calm!

The Pumpkin Cottage - Peace on the river

There is a large, sunny kitchen, dining room, sun room and comfortable office with printer and scanner if you need to work. There are 100's of books from linguistics to vintage Science Fiction to global economics. Good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Burgundy Dream Bed and Breakfast

For those who wish to enjoy the outdoors, there is a private deck on the shores of Lake William, complete with a wharf and dock. Great for boating, paddling, swimming or a relaxing lay in the sunshine. Also the meditation and yoga deck in our forrest area will refresh your daily life. Guests begin each day of their stay with hot breakfast, catered by your hosts Sam and Kazue. Please enjoy and refresh your life for your own style.

The Fletcher - The Fourth Lock

The Fletcher is a private room with en-suite bathroom and private access to our large shared balcony overlooking Lake Thomas. Large sliding glass doors provide lots of natural light and west-facing balcony gives a perfect view of beautiful sunsets over the lake. A cozy and bright common area provides the perfect spot to curl up or enjoy your breakfast. Join us for dinner downstairs at The Fourth Lock restaurant.

The Thomas - The Fourth Lock

The Thomas is a two-bedroom suite on the top floor of our B&B. Both bedrooms have queen beds and closet space, and the master bedroom has access to a private balcony overlooking Lake Thomas. Balcony is west-facing and has a perfect view of sunsets over the lake. The suite also has a private seating area with futon and bar fridge, as well as a large bathroom with a jacuzzi soaker tub and separate shower.
