Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Bus stops 1 minute away, minutes from the center of town by bus. Great restaurants and lots of shopping. Quiet neighborhood and quiet apartment building. All new kitchen. free parking in the neighborhood behind the building or across the street from the building not on the property. the apartment is on the 5th floor, there is no elevator. The bed might only fit one guest, but there is a very big cofy couch to sleep on if it's too small

Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 1 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

New renovated house/ cottage where you can enjoy amazing sea view in the Arctic nature, both on holiday or if you work, is it a wonderful place. About 15 minutes from the center of Luleå, about 15 minutes from Luleå airport by car. The house works both summer and winter. You can experience the northern lights in the winter and midnight sun in the summer. High standard, outdoor furniture, fully equipped for self-catering, Wifi, smart TVs , dishwasher , washing machine.

A lovely quaint top floor apartment with beautiful sunsets, double bed plus a sofa bed, kitchen and dining area, shower and bathroor, flatscreen curve TV and fiber internet access. Located a 15 minute walk from the city center across or around the beautiful Skurholms Lake. Close by you have forest walks, the ice road, cross country and down hill skiing, bath house, as well as easy access to a new grocery store, as well as restaurants and entertainment in the city center.

A cozy house for 2 people in a quet and still place in Norrbotten and located 20 minutes from the city of Luleå with car. Excellent location if you like to spend your time near the nature. In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.

Sommarboende på bondgård!

Kom och prova att bo på en riktig bondgård! I direkt anslutning till huset finns nötdjur. Det ultimata boendet för den som vill bo lantligt och med djur inpå knuten! Huset renoverades invändigt våren 2023. I huset finns två sovrum och ett stort kök, sovplatser för 6 personer ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng och ett sovrum med en våningssäng och en utdragbar dagbädd. I närheten finns vackert belägen badsjö med lekpark samt en mysig gårdsbutik.

Lilla lyan

Ta en paus och varva ner i denna charmiga lägenhet. Lägenheten ligger naturskönt 1 mil utanför Luleå centrum. I ett lugnt område med ängar och skog runtom. Det finns många fina promenadstigar och på vintern fina skoterspår. Lägenheten har det mesta man behöver. Det finns en 90 cm säng och en bäddsoffa med 140 cm madrass. Vid behov kan extra madrass tas in. Städning utförs av värden Sängkläder och handdukar ingår.

Liten lägenhet centralt i Luleå

Liten lägenhet centralt i Luleå med egen ingång, hall, badrum och sovrum. Det finns inte kök, men det finns en liten kyl, micro, vattenkokare och enklare husgeråd. Det finns gatuparkering precis utanför huset. Vi bor i lägenheten bredvid. Det är en innerdörr mellan lägenheterna men den är blockerad och bra isolerad så det är inte så lyhört mellan lägenheterna. Mysigt och prisvärt boende!
