Off the sitting room is a cozy bedroom, and private bathroom.

A very cozy and peaceful place to base any vacation on the South Shore out of. Very close to hiking and ATV trails. No visible neighbors from the yard, lots of wildlife. Large parking areas. Interior is a mixture of new and re purposed materials. Appliances are small but functional, all the comforts of home but smaller. Double bed is incredibly comfortable. Newly built in 2021 as a place to hideaway in nature. Set on a private wooded 9 acre lot with lake access to Powers Pond. We have two Kayaks available for use. The contemporary and rustic features of the cottage highlight country living in Herring Cove Village, just 15 minutes to the city of Halifax. Stay put and relax in the hot tub or Herring Cove has hiking, sight seeing, ocean views, and local places to eat.

Welcome to our lakefront cottage in Mount Uniacke—just minutes from shops, restaurants, and trails. Nestled on beautiful Pentz Lake, enjoy a spacious backyard with a swimmable dock, kayaks, hot tub, and outdoor seating. A BBQ is available May through October.
