"Guest Only" beach access through a private gate right on the property! Fully renovated & stocked kitchen, washer & dryer and outdoor patio lounge/dining area. Parking in front of the condo. The complex has the feel of a small community, family oriented and less crowded than the impersonal multi-story complexes. No waiting in line for an elevator!

This nostalgic beach front home overlooks the white sugar sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. With interior views of the ocean from the kitchen, living room, and both bedrooms, you are in for a treat! Private parking is right in front of the house, and you can enjoy one level throughout. If you have a large party, a 1 bedroom cottage is available on the same lot. **Note** The cottage is a separate listing and must be booked separately. If you desire a check out time beyond 10am then it's at a rate of $25 per hour, rounded up to the next hour. Noon is the latest check out. ie - 1015am = $25.
