Fully remodeled guesthouse studio on a 1/2 acre property. This unit has its own private outdoor area furnished with a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining table. It has a full size bathroom with a modern shower panel and modern quiet heating/cooling system. The kitchen is small so there is no oven; instead there is a microwave/Air fryer/ Oven Combo. A two burner cooktop and a toaster /Coffee maker combo. The Futon turns into a comfy queen bed. Plenty of parking space available on the property as well.

The host, a nationally known western landscape artist, has his studio in the barn on the property. The main house is an historic structure built in 1920's.
