You will have the entire apartment to yourselves. We live locally so can meet guests on arrival and be available for any questions or to provide information about local amenities. The apartment is located in the Abbeyhill area of Edinburgh. It's a 10-minute walk to Holyrood Palace, a great selection of independent cafes, bars, bakeries, and good public transport to other parts of the city. The apartment is exactly one mile from Waverley Train Station which is a lovely 15/20min walk or 5mins in a taxi ride. Edinburgh Airport is located outwith the city, this is either a 30/40mins taxi ride (£20-25), or an airport bus or the tram and then a 15/20mins walk (or a second bus/taxi). It's found in a Victorian building dated 1888, on a quiet cul-de-sac street only 7 minutes walk from Holyrood Palace. Recently renovated, the flat boasts some of its original features, such as 19th century floorboards, exposed brick walls and a woodburning stove. Decorated with a taste for vintage, it features a main bedroom, box room, open plan kitchen and living room and 1 bathroom.

The apartment is located in Well Court the most iconic building in Dean Village. Looking onto the Water of Leith the apartment feels peaceful and tranquil. The location is very well situated for exploring the city. Only five minutes from Princess Street and the West End. Also a short walk, the beautiful Water of Leith walkway takes you from Dean Village to Stockbridge where there are many good restaurants, bars and cafes or up the river to the modern gallery of art and beyond.

It’s ideal to explore the city and then come home to relax and have a good quiet sleep. All of the rooms have original wooden shutters that can block out any light. The apartment is very calm and serene …even with the abundance of cafes, restaurants and bars within a walking distance.
