The house benefits from 2 outside spaces-Private Courtyard & Roof Terrace.

Lively Ashley Cross with bars/pubs only 20 mins walk. B'mth beaches/ Sandbanks are just a short distance by car/bus. Parking on road after 6pm Monday - Friday. All other times -2 hour parking from 8am to 6pm. Weekends - no restrictions. I supply a basic continental breakfast, I can cater for coeliacs.

On your arrival there will be a welcome pack of fresh bread, milk, cereals, butter and tea and instant coffee.
