You can relax in the private south-facing garden with 2 swings and sitting areas. You will be well-connected to the city, whilst also enjoying peace and quiet. It's a couple of minutes walk to the overground, a ten to fifteen minute walk to Queens Park tube and there are lots of buses running into the centre from the end of the street.
