Our lovely, quiet home is set in leafy Muswell Hill,only 20 minutes from Highgate tube to Central London. The top (second) floor looks mainly south over beautiful gardens towards elegant Victorian houses. The tube and the two vibrant London 'villages' of Muswell Hill and Crouch End (cafes, cinemas etc.) are close by. Woods, open spaces and Alexandra Palace are even nearer. We offer a healthy vegan breakfast and a warm, informed welcome to London. We now have Victor, a very shy, rescue greyhound.

Arty, stylish and with no attention to detail spared - this super cool and inspiring house has a brilliant London location (gets five stars from our guests) and yet feels like a quiet, spacious and calm place to retreat to. Retreat to this oasis of calm in leafy Crouch End after a hectic day in London. Beautiful newly renovated suite on the top floor of a Victorian house. Main bedroom has a queen size bed and patio. Separate sitting room with views of Alexandra Palace and a concealed king bed. Would suit two couples travelling together, two singles or a small family. Private bathroom and kitchen. Easy access to Finsbury Park with its excellent transport links all across London. Very experienced host as well!

Built in 1697, our lovely Georgian Home is right next to Putney Bridge. Located on the first floor, a modern and contemporary room perfect for couples and the single traveller. We have lived in London for many years and love passing on our favourite local gems to all our guests We also do not charge a cleaning fee! Our prices include breakfast (cooked included) We also have another two rooms, on the floor above, which can be booked by the same party/family.

Our guests love the room as it is cheerful and warm. There is a lovely garden at the back of the flat which you are welcome to use. The flat is well located for public transport into central London (10 minutes by tube to Euston and Kings Cross ), there is a train straight to Stansted from Tottenham Hale (35 mins) and Liverpool Street(12 mins)We are a multi cultural couple. My husbands is Cuban and I am Scottish. We speak English, French and Spanish.

We are situated literally at the foot of Alexandra Palace Park that boasts one of the best views of London, and 20 minutes overground train (Alexandra Palace) from the centre. The newly refurbished room now with an en-suite shower and toilet, overlooks our tropical garden featured on the BBC. We also have an additional single room that can be rented out with sole use of our larger shower room. Continental breakfast is included.
