To the north, a pedestrian maritime promenade connects with the beaches of Melenara , Taliarte , “Playa del Hombre” and “La Garita”. The Promenade features restaurants and terraces where you can taste the cuisine of the area, including the highly recommended "gofio escaldado" or the "papas con mojo”. “Playa del Hombre” is one of the most suitable beaches on the island for surfing. El alpendre entre palmeras

Antiguo alpendre recientemente transformado para su uso residencial en Santa Lucía de Tirajana. El alpendre era la casa de los animales. Los más apreciados y difíciles de sostener eran las vacas . Solía haber dos por propiedad. La parte de la vacas es ahora el salón comedor y cocina. Las cabras y la burra se alojaban en las otras dependencias que hoy día son los dormitorios, y el baño actual era el lugar donde se depositaba la hierba del resto del día, ya que se solía coger por la mañana .
