This memorable place is anything but ordinary. A compact wooden den set in it's own secluded area of a Monmouthshire smallholding. Picture window overlooking stunning views of countryside and across to 13th Century Grade 1 listed church. Plenty of walks and dogs allowed ( fenced area if they aren't too sure about livestock ). Relax with the sounds of birds and nature in this unique place. Our purpose-built super cosy Shepherd's Hut is directly on the Three Castles Walk, tucked away in a private corner of the field next to our own Eco home. Outside, there's a gazebo with table and chairs and a smoker barbeque. You can lie in bed watching the sheep and cattle in the distance or you can relax with a movie on the large screen. It's the most peaceful location we have ever lived in, and we'd love you to experience it.

The Laundry barn is a recently converted Grade II listed building, dating back to the 1800’s it was originally built to do the laundry for the village estate. It has been converted to the highest standard and while retaining many of the original features that make the building so unique it now boasts all the comforts of modern living such as underfloor heating, wifi, wood burner and hot tub. Set in the beautiful Monmouthshire countryside, providing easy access to all the area has to offer.

The cart house has a chic, modern feel, with oak floors and fittings set off against quirky antique furniture and contemporary glass tables. Just 4 miles from Abergavenny with views of the Brecon Beacons and many walks and bike rides along quiet roads, from the door. Own entrance, to private accommodation, comprising sitting room with wood burner, upstairs landing area with kitchenette ( microwave, no oven), shower room, and one beautiful beamed double bedroom. Breakfast ingredients are provided ( fresh bread every morning, butter, jams, cereals, yogurt, fruit compote, milk, tea and coffee, many home made and local)

We are a working dairy goat farm, milking 600 goats twice a day. Our milk goes into a delicious soft goats cheese, which is made in the neighbouring town of Abergavenny and sold through many of the large supermarkets. We are ideally situated for cycling and walking, with many footpaths nearby, including Offa's Dyke and a fabulous range of mountains. We are within 2 miles of the renowned Michelin star Walnut Tree Inn and there are many other wonderful country pubs in the locality.

We supply outside furniture and sole use of our external hot tub, please note it’s available for use all year around, a disclaimer to be signed prior to use.

Welcome to The Potting Shed! A cosy couples retreat, renovated to a very high standard, with many funky features and fantastic attention to detail. Just a stroll away from our friendly, foodie village pub, right on Offa’s Dyke path. It’s a special place, nestled in its own little corner of my garden, with an emphasis on luxury and lovely things. Transformed from my everyday potting shed, it’s now a spacious, warm and welcoming hideaway for two which I’m very proud of.
