New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

My place is a former 19th Century cart shed and pony stable and is located on our farm and ideally situated to visit beaches, castles,gardens,forests,Welsh countryside and all south west Wales. You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, unique character, the country location, the high ceilings, and the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Charming 17th century former Coaching Inn overlooking beautiful open countryside. Sleeps 8-12. Large modern open plan kitchen with open fire, traditional snug with wood-burner, large patio and garden, fire-pit, pickleball court, swings. An inn has existed at this crossroads for centuries. The building dates back to the 1600s. We sensitively restored the property in 2021 conserving the lime-washed walls and beams and creating a light and spacious living area. Sole use of 3 acre field.

Centrally situated to explore Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion and all the beautiful beaches West Wales has to offer.

"Ty-Ni" is situated in the idyllic township of Laugharne on the Carmarthen Bay Estuary, a good base for visiting Carmarthenshire & Pembrokeshire, in South West Wales. Laugharne hosts the poet Dylan Thomas's Boat House and writing shed where he wrote some of his works including "Under Milkwood". Ideally located to explore the Coastal Path for stunning scenic walks, and close to Tenby, Saundersfoot, Narberth & further a field St David's, Pembroke, the West Coast.
