Farm Cottage for a escape to the country

New barn conversion. I have tried to maintain the character. The decor is Agri/industrial, reusing as much of the raw materials around the farm. It has three king-size beds all on-suite. 1 x Very large bedroom upstairs with sofa and balcony and 2 smaller ground floor bedrooms. Each room has a TV and wifi. The main living room includes a kitchen, a table, a large L-shaped sofa and coffee table: an outdoor table and chairs, BBQ and a covered area for storing bikes and a EV Charger (50p/kw) etc.

This Stylish newly built cosy self contained apartment is the perfect retreat to escape the pressures of every day life, a perfect base to explore all that the heart of wales has to offer. The garden Lodge would also be suitable for people working in the surrounding area. In the lodge there is one bedroom with one double bed, Shower/toilet ,kitchen area comprising of fridge,micro wave, toaster and kettle, there is no oven or hob, In the lounge area there is a smart tv with free wi fi access.

This is a 1 bedroom cabin and is not suitable for children or pets. Vehicular access to this listing is via a farm track with 3/4 of a mile of VERY BUMPY potholes. The first thing visitors notice is “the view”. The Bunkhouse offers a unique perspective on secluded Pwlldu Bay. Atop limestone cliffs, The Bunkhouse is nestled in Wales’ first AONB. Outstanding food and drink is within strolling distance at Wright's Food Emporium and The Emlyn Arms in Llanarthney village. The National Botanic Garden of Wales, Aberglasney Gardens, walking, cycling and fishing are nearby.

The Gorlech Cottage

My accomodation is close to The Brechfa Forest mountain biking and walking trails,. Stunning views, friendly local pubs and restaurants. . You’ll love my cottage because of the peaceful situation, newly fitted kitchen, comfortable living room with Sky TV, wifi, high quality beds, sheets and towels..Well behaved dogs are welcome at £10 each per visit, the garden is fully enclosed on all sides. Please let us know if you require a double bed and 2 singles or 4 singles to be made up, thank you.

The town of Laugharne, Dylan Thomas’s birthplace with estuary and castle is well worth a visit.

Along with the spectacular sea views guests can enjoy relaxing on their private balcony whilst watching the dolphins play. Why not fire up the bbq provided for al fresco dining! With only a 5 minute stroll to the harbour and beaches guests can enjoy a variety of activities including wildlife boat tours, watersports and lovely reastaurants and pubs.
