Located on the Melindwr river on the edge of the village of Goginan, private wild fishing lake, private location, log fired hot tub, garden with BBQ, parking, close to the Nant yr Arian Mountain Bike Centre (bikers can ride from the trails to the Cabin) and a wide range of visitor facilities around Aberystwyth (river, lake and sea fishing, kyaking, surfing, horse riding, theatre, cinemas, Rheidol Steam Trains to Devils Bridge Waterfalls), one mile to the Druid Inn, serving food and ales.

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. You will find plenty of wildlife to watch from the patio including Pheasants Squirrels and Red Kites. The village has a service station, shop and "The Trout Cafe" serving good home cooked food. The Pod is on a quiet country lane with lots of wonderful walks straight out the door. The Pod is cosy and the perfect spot to enjoy the quiet countryside and beautiful dark skies, whilst also having plenty of interesting things to do and see in the local area.

Glovers Cottage is without doubt something unique. As you enter you will be struck by the space and the overwhelming character of this detached building. The owner has deliberately left the barn open-plan for guests to appreciate the huge A-frame beams and stonework. A feature handmade bed sits on the first level as you enter, and this area leads down two steps to the flagstone floor.
