This is a nice,clean ranch in a safe location in east Cedar Rapids, 10 min from downtown. This is a larger room with a full bed, couch, desk/table, small refrigerator, 32” smart tv, internet, fireplace and a private entrance. You are welcome to use the bathrooms, kitchen, front & back porches. We live here and do have a cat. We offer 10% discount on weekly stays & 30% discount on monthly stays! This unique place has a style all its own. This is the last residential Quonset hut in Cedar Rapids! Fully gutted and rehabbed in 2023, it features reclaimed cedar ship lap that lines the interior of the domed structure. This one bedroom home sleeps 4 comfortably with a king mattress in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa with chase in the living room. Very spacious bathroom, fully functional kitchen, laundry room, front patio, and workspace in the bedroom. This house is one of a kind!
