The huge master bathroom boasts a big walk in shower plus all the closet space you need. Remote controlled AC/HEAT in every room, and the living room has a great ceiling fan to help keep the house cool on those warm days. There is also an electric fireplace with bluetooth capability to enjoy music while you're relaxing on the deck.

Nestled on 2 acres this garage home is 1100 square feet on top of my garage. 3 bedrooms and one bath makes it cozy for large families and get togethers. 5 minute drive to the Lincoln boat launch or hike down to the Ol swimming hole (10 minutes down 20 minutes up!) we have a bbq and a large fire pit. Available with request : For larger groups we have an additional tent trailer for kids or couples that like to “rough it” that sleeps 4

The dining table can be turned into a full size bed also. There is a large size shower in the bathroom and also a shower located outside to wash off. There is a large table and chairs outside under a canopy for use. A big BBQ with propane is located next to the canopy and is clean and ready for your use. BBQ utensils are available.
