Conveniently located, my apartment is a 1-minute drive from Shine gym facilities, Sumbangsih Foodhall, Baiduri bank, 4 minutes from Supasave grocery store and cafes, and 9 - 11 minutes from Malls, and the vibrant Kianggeh Market/Town area is also within reach. A quick 2-minute drive takes you to the nearest gas station for added convenience. One free parking space available for the duration of the stay.

Male and female bathroom is separate. Men are not allowed to use ladies bathroom. Strictly No smoking inside property or at the staircase (penalty $300), no pets and no outside shoes in the property.
