Das Haus besticht durch eine einzigartige Atmosphäre und verbindet Wohlbehagen mit Design und moderner Technik. Fußbodenheizung und Kamin sorgen für Behaglichkeit. small cottage furnished in a simple, neat and clean, suitable for those who want a stay in a natural and quiet place and wants to get away from the busy world of these times.  It is located in a garden with the most beautiful sea view overlooking the historic center and the other 5 terre with citrus-fruit trees, lemon trees overlook the living room windows. It is located 70 meters above sea level, 700 meters of walking path to get to the historic center and the train station.

An enchanted countryhouse surrounded by nature

"Cascina Gastaldi" is an old renovated countryhouse surrounded by the green hills of Monferrato and by vineyards, where you can forget the hectic everyday life and spend days outdoor in the midst of the scents and colors of the flower garden or the countryside. After sunny days you can cool off in the new pool or read a book under the shade of cherry trees or under the cool porch. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people and is part of a lovely, tiny hamlet.

Nel periodo invernale la stufa a pellet ha bisogno di pulizie e ricariche. Verranno concordati con l'ospite i momenti in cui accedere alla stufa.
