It's a short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and the Charleston Marina. Neighborhood is made up of small homes and mobile homes. Check yourself in with a lockbox. Our 4 bedroom, 2 .5 bath OCEAN FRONT home sits 50' above the Pacific Ocean and overlooks Cape Arago Lighthouse (decommissioned in 2006). Private stairs lead to a beautiful semi-private beach which faces Northwest, resulting in less wind. We are close to several Oregon State Parks. Golf is nearby HOUSEKEEPING IS NOT PROVIDED, you are asked to wash linens, dishes and clean the unit so it is ready for the next guest. No smoking or pets please.
