Welcome to a farmhouse style guest house built in the late 1800's located in the village of Utica-an hour east of Columbus and the entrance of Amish Country byway to Holmes County-an hour away. It is conveniently located on the corner of State Rt. 62 and 13...busy and noisy intersection; but cozy, private, and relaxing inside. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly cabin with a cozy modern feel. The home is located just a few blocks from the Buckeye Lake park, bike path, boat ramp and plenty of fantastic restaurants. The home includes a fully functioning kitchen, dining area, large living room, indoor wood burning fire place, outdoor fire pit, grill, outdoor seating area and a new hot tub recently added! There is also plenty of parking available in the rear of the home.
