La maison se trouve au-dessus du bourg de Villeneuve, dans un quartier très calme, situé à 20 minutes à pieds de la gare. Une voiture est fortement recommandée, nous disposons d'une place de parc. A Villeneuve, les quais, la plage et la réserve naturelle vous permettent de profiter du lac et d'admirer les montagnes. En direction de Montreux le fameux Château de Chillon mérite la visite. Piscine à Villeneuve. Le Montreux Jazz festival a lieu chaque année au début juillet.

We are located 5 mins from the "leysin village" train station by foot . **IMPORTANT**No parking space onsite included with reservation. **FREE Parking** at the railway station opposite the platform(200m) or chemin de l'ancienne forge(300m) - not guaranteed especially during high season however all previous guests found something.

Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!

Bel appartement moderne et pratique dans un chalet de 6 appartements. 2 pièces bien situé dans le village de Leysin. (voir photos) Ce village comporte de nombreux avantages: 2 piscines couvertes, patinoire, tobogganing, manège de chevaux, minigolf et bien sûr les pistes de ski de tous niveaux de difficulté, un snowpark réputé (refait en 2018), une école de ski excellente et bien d'autres avantages !

Bright apartment of 30m2 for 2, 3 or 4 people. A separate little bedroom with a double bed and a living room with 2 sofa beds. Clear view over the Brevent. Very functional apartment renovated with care, double-glazed windows, 2 minutes’ walk away from the pedestrian street. WIFI, smart TV, Chromecast, small balcony with a table and 2 chairs.

Gemütliches kleines Studio im Parterre mit eigenem Eingang. Die Unterkunft befindet sich 2,5 Kilometer ausserhalb vom Dorf in einer ländlichen Gegend mitten im Wander und Bikegebiet. Die Unterkunft ist mit dem Ortsbus erreichbar der Bus fährt nur 5 mal pro Tag (8:00 - 17:00 Uhr) die Haltestelle befindet sich 100 Meter entfernt.
