Ideal rural retreat for anyone and everyone! This cosy wooden cabin is a simply lovely place to stop and unwind. Set near to a small Sussex village with direct access onto the South Downs, Iford is on the wild fringes of historic Lewes (2 miles), vibrant Brighton (7 miles) and Newhaven ferry and beach (6 miles). Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. Situated in a private corner of Wellshurst Golf club, enjoy the tranquil setting and cosy up in this brand new lodge. With everything you could need for a short stay and plenty of beautiful walks nearby, dogs are welcome and enjoying some golf is optional at our beautiful 18 hole course and driving range. Soak in the free standing tub whilst admiring the views, or relax on the deck and watch the sunset. 2 minute woodland walk to access.

The 'Seaside Annexe' is self-contained, 1 bedroomed accommodation. It is light and airy with vaulted ceilings, overlooking the English Channel and featuring an ensuite shower room, TV, rear garden, lounge & dining area, south facing deck and fully equipped kitchen. It is directly on the coastal path with secluded beaches on the doorstop and the South Downs National Park a short walk away. We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton which has something to offer for everyone.

Our Tiny Home sits tucked away in the heart of Hove, in our garden. You’ll sleep on a comfy double bed in the mezzanine, gazing at the stars through a velux. Downstairs, there’s a kitchen with essentials and a private bathroom with a toilet and shower. Step outside to your private patio with a bistro set—perfect for morning coffee. Free parking lines the whole road. It’s an 8-min walk to the nearest station, 20 mins to the sea/central Hove. By car, it’s just 5 mins to Hove, 15 to Brighton.

The annex is a detached building with a key safe and separate entrance situated in a very quiet part of the historic county town of Lewes. There is very little passing traffic and as we’re on the outskirts it’s about a 20 mins walk to the centre of the town but are very close to the South Downs, a 5 minute walk away and the gateway to the South Down way and the National Park. (Smoking only allowed outside) Close to Brighton and good access to public transport and a main line to London.

This is a bijoux annexe complete with small double bed, kitchenette & separate bathroom. Easy access is via a side gate and key code access. There is parking on the driveway at the front of the property. The annexe is located a short walk from Eastbourne District General Hospital. The main town and seafront are just over one mile. Walking distance to nearby bakery, supermarket, fast food outlets, post office and a florist make this flat the perfect place for a short stay.
