Πρόκειται για ένα διατηρητέο κτήριο του 1900 που αποτελείται από 2 ορόφους. Κάθε όροφος διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια και 2 μπάνια, σαλόνι, τραπεζαρία και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι περιλαμβάνουν σκιερή αυλή με πέτρινα παγκάκια και καθιστικό (στο κάτω) ή βεράντα με θέα στη Χώρα και το μοναστήρι (στο επάνω). (Επάνω ή κάτω όροφος ανάλογα με τη διαθεσιμότητα).
