Our family apartment has a private garden and its own private swimming pool in a very central neighborhood in Rome, just a short stroll from Piazza del Popolo. It has been meticulously designed and renovated. There is an open-plan layout with a spacious living room, a dining area with a table seating up to 8 and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed (180x200cm) and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed (160x200cm). There's a second family bathroom.

L’appartamento è un modernissimo open space diviso da una parete di vetro: in zona notte con letto matrimoniale e bagno dotato di ampia doccia e lavatrice e soggiorno con divano letto a due posti e cucina attrezzata con piastre elettriche, frigo, forno, forno a microonde, lavastoviglie, tostapane, bollitore, macchinetta del caffè. Disponibile Smart TV e l’impianto stereo Bose.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Ogni stanza dispone di un proprio climatizzatore e Smart TV. L’attico si trova ai Parioli, in una zona residenziale immersa nel verde e ben collegato e vicino al centro storico.

Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio libero si dovranno percorrere 200mt a piedi per raggiungere questa casetta nel cuore di un bosco ed incastonata in una grande roccia. Tutto intorno si possono svolgere piacevoli passeggiate fino alla diga del Rio Grande. Molto adatto per un weekend rilassante e a stretto contatto con la natura. Adatto a coppie (anche con animali) che cercano relax, dal caos delle città e che vogliono per un po fuggire dalle responsabilità e lo stress della vita.
