There’s outdoor seating on the deck, a table and chairs outside and a lovely spot to enjoy an evening fire! Welcome to our cozy bunkhouse nestled in the heart of the beautiful Tennessee hills! Our 8x8 bunkhouse is the perfect retreat for nature lovers who want to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life and reconnect with the great outdoors. Inside, you'll find two comfortable twin-sized beds with cozy bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep. The bunkhouse is equipped with electricity and a fan. We are a family with bedtimes and booking after 9pm is not available.

Eagle’s Landing at Piney Branch

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Fish in a 7.5 surface acre lake stocked with bass, bluegill, crappie and yellow bass. Build a campfire in the fire pit. Paddle around the lake in a paddle boat or a kayak. Enjoy eating on the deck or pier. And if so inclined take a swim in the lake. Eagle’s Landing has something for everyone. Located within a short drive are a state park, historical sites, hiking, Amish Country, and our town square.

Home Sweet Home!

Our cozy home is nestled in a great location. We are 6 miles from the lakes wedding venue, 9 miles to the Rafter H venue, and 8 miles to Davy Crockett State Park. Just a short drive to plenty of dining choices with delicious food. The home has been completely Remodeled. The kitchen is fully equipped, each bedroom is equipped with a smart tv, memory foam mattresses, and comfortable linens. The backyard is nice space with a picnic table and fire pit.

Froggy Cottage on Factory Creek

Small rustic cabin on Factory Creek. Nice gravel beach on the banks of Factory Creek. Cabin has fiber high speed internet. Workspace has a small desk with two 27in monitors and a docking station. Two smart TVs, 55in on the inside and a 40in in the outside screened in porch. Propane grill downstairs. Two beds; a queen in the Loft(access to loft is by attics stairs~375lb rating) and a twin downstairs. There is also a large pillow-back couch.

ARROWHEAD HAVEN Down by the Creek

The stress of everyday life can just become too much. ESCAPE to the peaceful flow of Shoal Creek. Perfect kayaking for the entire family or searching the rock bar for arrowheads. NO PETS. Our area has an Eagle’s nest. Eagles are predators your pet would not be safe. We also have several regular guest that are allergic to pet dander therefore we honor their request to remain pet free.
