Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. It's 70m from the cristally clear sea. The house is 100sq m (plus the loggia of 30sq m). There is an additional relaxing area of 25sq m with an outside shower where you can barbecue and a pool area with a terrace of 100sq m where you can sunbathe. It is 35 km from Korcula and the nearest shop is 10' walking distance.

This is the only home on the property.
