Access to the private hot spring, swimming reservoir and ranch are only some of the perks of this property. Located 1/4 mile from the main house on the Meyers Ranch, it is private and did we mention the view?

Private 1500 sqft furnished Apt 2 BR Apt sleeps 5 with 3 beds, Optonal xtra Queen BR is downstairs, will be $25 more per night. Only you will be in the Apt and is upstairs, with balcony, Laundry room downstairs, has Fiber Optic cable and smart TV, yard: gas BBQ and gated parking. A shared public 2,000 sqft game room with half bath, music, TV, games:, foosball, ping pong, corn hole darts. Pet charge is a one time fee of $35/pet for cleaning, with a 2 pet max. This area is know for hundreds of miles of trails and over 30 lakes within a 15 mile air radius. The Graeagle/Clio area is perfect for golfers offering six courses to choose from.

Indian Valley Cottage (Retreat)

This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.
