This gorgeous home is centered around an enormous, 50-foot diameter, open-air rancho perched right above the ocean with a new pool overlooking the surf. A private stair leads down to the sandy beach and tide pools. The two-story sleeping structure adjacent to the rancho and pool, has 4 spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning, ceiling fan, ocean views and an abundance of ventilation. The upper-level bedrooms open onto a large veranda where you can hang in a hammock and enjoy the sea view.

Stunning views of the volcano range including 4active volcanoes and all the peace of the country make this a quiet getaway. It's located halfway between Leon and Managua,so our guests often come here to enjoy the relaxation after their volcano adventures in Leon before continuing their Nicaraguan itinerary. Many guests extend their stay and hunker down with a good book in the hammock. Our excellent WIFI is great for the remote worker. We have a larger casita that can also be booked.

Enjoy a comfortable and cozy stay at Colonial House, a spacious and charming home, perfect for up to 4 guests. Located just 5 minutes walking from the Cathedral, you'll be close to everything León has to offer: the historic center, restaurants, cafés, and the main tourist attractions.
