A small paradise by the sea, with lots of charm and carefully decorated and equipped. Totally new, bright. the house has a spacious kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them in the garden), swimming pool and private gardens. Prepare to enjoy breakfast while you enjoy the colors of the sunrise and the song of the birds; even to devour that book that you left pending or if you are more of series you will love to enjoy them with the Smart TV of 65 inches with pre-installed applications. The schedule policy is flexible. However, if two guests coincide on the same day, the checkout will be at 12:00 and the check-in at 3:00 pm if there is a overlap between the schedules. The guests can dispose of the whole property, this includes the house with all its rooms, the pool area and gardens. It has Wifi and symmetrical 300 Mb fiber optic connection, USB charging connectors and Smart TV of 65 inches. Swimming Pool: 11 meters long by 4 meters wide in the form of eight. Gardens: 500 m2 of gardens for sunbathing rest and practice activities. Kitchen: oven, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, water heater, fridge-freezer, utensils, cooking utensils, earthenware soap, scouring pads, etc. Interior bathroom:, scale, hair dryer, towel sets, shampoo-gel, spare parts of toilet paper. Outdoor bathroom: towel sets, hand soap dispenser, toilet paper refills. Laundry room: washing machine, drying rack, iron, ironing board, brush and dustpan, mop, various liquid products, garbage bags, cleaning cloths, etc. The guests have all the privacy they desire, being able to count with us to help them in any aspect that they need during their stay. We have a wide list of places and activities to do on the island that we will be happy to share with you if you wish. The house is in La Garita, a quiet residential neighborhood. There's a pedestrian promenade to the south that connects the beaches of La Garita, Playa del Hombre, Taliarte, and Melenara. Restaurants on the maritime avenue serve local cuisine. The house has an ideal situation to access the different points of interest of the island. Beaches, capital, tourist areas, airport, restaurants, shopping areas, etc The "Global" bus lines allow you to move comfortably all over the island. Airport: 10 min Las Palmas de GC: 15 min Maspalomas / Playa del Inglés: 25 / 30min Agaete: 50min (Times by car). During the stay it is possible that the maintenance personnel access the outside area of the house for the maintenance of the swimming pool. Guests will always be informed in advance.
