Sparrow 4-bdrm, 2 B house, lndry, < 2M MSU

This house used to be my grandmothers but there is nothing old about it! You can't get closer to Sparrow unless you are in the hospital. Parking for two cars on sight, with cars 3 and 4 parking next door at no cost. Convenient travel to Michigan State University, the Lansing Convention Center, and the Michigan State Capitol, with the #1 bus line running every 15 minutes to all locations. Reo Town River House

A beautiful old home in wonderful condition. The property is on the Grand River in the newly developed Reo Town area. The property accesses the Lansing River Trail and Moores River park. . 10 minutes to East Lansing and MSU campus. Full cable with all movie channels in main room. The river trail will take you to campus by bike in 20 minutes. PETS ARE WELCOME, I have a extra queen bed and a single bed in the basement. Not fancy but clean with a small small bathroom there.
