We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

It's important to note that our quaint unit does have a saniflo toilet and pumping system(ie. maceration system) which means there is noise associated with flushing and drainage. We are tucked away at the end of a dead end road in beautiful Norfolk County, located just a 10 min drive to Simcoe, Pt Dover and Turkey point, which have everything you would need. Relax in our cozy loft - stocked with all the essentials for your visit and enjoy country living! You can visit one of the many wineries or breweries we have in the county, grab some fresh produce at some of the local farm markets, or walk/bike one of the many trails in the area.

Included are 2 bed rooms with 2 queen beds and a third small bedroom with baby crib and a twin bed. Full kitchen and a spacious living room area. Short drive to wineries, beaches, golf course, and beautiful farm land. There is a Nordic Spa 15 min from my apartment named Wave Nordic Spa you have to check it out.
