Tasseltop Cottage in Sugar Hill

Our guest house, affectionately known as the “shanty” is located in a very private setting on our property in Sugar Hill. We are located about 25 minutes from the Brenton Woods Ski area and also Loon Mountain ski area. Cannon Mountain is about a 15 minute drive. Our property abuts the Toad Hill Farm wedding venue and is a 5 minutes from the cottage. The Bishop Farm wedding venue is about 12 minutes away. See Note under "OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE" about AirBnB fees rolled into the nightly fee.

This is a true 4 season destination with skiing, hiking, swimming, and shopping / dining in Littleton which was voted one of the best small towns in America. Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.

This spectacular river, along the Kancamagus Highway is known for gold panning, swimming, & tubing with walk-in access. This location is convenient to shopping in Lincoln, Franconia and Woodsville. Wright’s Mountain Retreat

A perfect romantic getaway, this secluded property sits on a private 10-acre lot located off from a well-maintained dirt road. The home sits on an open knoll with beautiful views and surrounding pastures. Recently remodeled, it features a private indoor infrared Sauna. Cell phone service is limited but WiFi is available. Located minutes from the Wright’s Mountain / Devil’s Den Town Forest hiking trail, named a National Scenic Trail in 2018. This is a non-smoking property.

Pinestead Farm Lodge, unit 1, "Milk Rooms"

Pinestead is one of NH's oldest working family farms, with roots going back to 1793. The 'Milk Rooms' is one of 4 private guest units within our 1852 farmhouse. Named for the room where the farm's cream separator once stood, it offers 3 bedrooms, a kitchenette & private bath. Pinestead is simple, rustic & imperfect—not a polished “farmhouse-style” getaway. Old floors creak, sound travels & farm life varies with the season. If that sounds like your kind of place, read on!
