We are just 30 minutes to the Lake District and 2 miles to M6,which offers great access to explore the N.W. We allow 2 well-behaved small/medium dogs.

'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

The Lady of the Lake Windermere

The Lady of the Lake is a cosy cottage with stunning views across Lake Windermere to the hills. The cottage provides the perfect base to relax and explore the Lake District and all it has to offer, from Horse Riding to Hiking, Boat Trips, Cycling and many more activities. The Lady of the Lake has a private parking space, a shared private jetty, and is ideally situated just a 15 minute walk from Windermere train station and centre where you will find an array of shops and traditional pubs.

A romantic, stylish and cosy cottage for two in the beautiful Lake District National Park, half a mile from the shores of Lake Windermere and a 20 minute drive from Junction 36 of the M6. We are dog friendly. Our 250 year old cottage features modern rustic decor, u/f heating, log burner, super-fast internet, Smart TV, Sonos sound system and a complimentary podPoint 7kw EV charger. There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.

Once a wash house, then a sculptor's studio, the Wash House has now been cleverly converted to provide everything needed for a perfect holiday in quite a small space! Welcome to our cute wooden cabin at Pattys Barn located 10 mins south of the historic city of Lancaster, nestled along the picturesque coastline of Morecambe Bay. Inside, you'll find an open-concept living area with fire. The cabin sleeps up to four people and the kitchen and bathroom area are a stone's throw from the cabin (approximately 10 second walk) and are fully equipped so you can whip up delicious meals and enjoy some alfresco dining.
