This property was deeded to the Motherwell family following the War of 1812, staying in their family name 100 years. The interior of the house is fully renovated with some exterior projects ongoing. In the summer you can fish and swim right off the end of the dock on the property. In the winter go from the fire pit to the sauna to the hot tub and if you’re really brave, cold plunge in the river! A true spa-like feel.

This "rustic chic" home has been designed with your every comfort in mind. There will be no "roughing it" in this rural cottage, nestled in the beautiful Lanark Highlands. North Sky is a perfect getaway for everyone. In winter, we are close to the Snow Road snowmobile trails. In late winter, early spring - we are right in the middle of Maple Syrup country! This is a totally private, self contained apartment with full kitchen. The house is a heritage property in historic Perth, Ontario. It's location is steps from the downtown area and the beautiful Stewart Park. The kitchen is brand new as are the 2 queen size beds.
