Located on the edge of the South Wedge/Highland Park area of Rochester it is walking distance to cafes, restaurants, Highland Park and the thruway 490. It is easy to get to the local schools RIT, U of R, and the hospitals - as well as to downtown! Bus lines are close if you don't have a car.

It has a separate entrance, and is approximately 1,000 square feet. Set on a peaceful acre of land along the Genesee River. This colorful apartment was our daughter's before she joined the circus. It is centrally located in historic Cornhill. A short walk to the footbridge brings you to downtown, Rochester Art Supply, Dinasour Barbeque, and Rochester's historic Library. In the other walkable direction is the Genesee, Sushi and restaurants. This apartment has plenty of space and color. It has musical instruments, games, and a desk full of art supplies. Beware the sometimes inappropriate wall art.

We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away. It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe. We have a very simple check in process and no check out “chore" list for guests. We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may be on the property.
