Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Cozy Cabin minutes from Lake Oneida

This cabin is close to the lake, casino, golf club, and Syracuse. The cabin itself has 2 full bedrooms with queen size beds and a loft with two full size beds. Each room has a TV and there is WIFI. The basement has a ping pong table, dart board, and corn hole to keep you or your kids busy on cold and rainy days. There is a full kitchen and a full size bathroom. There is a front porch and a small side porch that has a BBQ grill. The dining area has a long table and 6 stools.

Kick off morning with coffee on the patio or end the day sitting around the firepit making smores. This is a serene, re-energizing, and somewhat off-grid space made for happy times.

Oneida Lake Cabin: 5 beds, WiFi, parking (pets OK)

A bunkhouse/cabin on Oneida Lake, with lake access and a new dock (in season). The cabin has five single beds, a fridge and a large bathroom (with multiple sinks, toilets & warm showers). There is WiFi, a TV, radio, etc. Guests have used the cabin as a base for boating, fishing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, or as a peaceful place to stay while in the area for work. There is a BBQ grill and a large fire pit on the grounds for guest use.

New All Season Family Lake House

Come relax at our newly renovated family lake house! There is a 60' dock, with water depth 3'-4' at the end. Canoe, kayaks & fishing poles included. Fire pit by the water, and gas fire pit on the porch. Brand new 7 person hot tub. Game room equipted with pool table, arcade games, kids toys. Golf course, casino, boat launch and restaurants near by. There is plenty to do here no matter the season, weather, or occasion!

2 bedroom lake front camp, perfect for ice fishing

Cozy, fully furnished, lake front cottage located on Oneida Lake. With a first floor bedroom and a huge upstairs loft style bedroom, you can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. Just a few steps away from swimming, fishing, and boating! Access to a basketball court and field on the other side of the house as well! Steps away from a blueberry farm and a path for walking, biking or taking out a quad.
