From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

The gently sloping property makes it ideal for multi-generational families. Swim in the summer, ice fish in the winter or just get away from it all in the fabulous peace and quiet of New Hampshire. Best fall foliage in New Hampshire can be found right on Pine River Pond and the adjacent roadways.
