Pelicans and swans by the water, wrens, rosellas and cockatoos in the bushes. You might see dolphins in the lake, or in the river behind us. We are on the magnificent Gippsland Lakes in the heart of the Victorian Riviera. It is true we get more sun than Mildura! Offering the master bedroom and two bathrooms, see and hear the waves breaking onto the sand! Peaceful, spacious, beautifully decorated with an enclosed yard to ensure your fury friend has a secure place to play. Take one of two paths directly from the front gate to the beach, and only 600 meters walk to the The Lake Tyers Beach Tavern & General Store.

Swan Cove Garden on Beach

Please note the vehicular ferry is out for maintenance from Nov 10 til Dec 7. During this time we can collect you from the passenger ferry. Wide open spaces, fresh sea air and no crowds. Transport yourself to a 2- storey Hansel and Gretel style cottage in a forest by the water on an island where you can see koalas and wildlife up close in their natural environment. Only 4 hours from Melbourne. We are very sorry pets are not permitted here due to the sensitive nature of the wildlife.

Whispering Palms Imagine waking up to a magnificent view over the calm waters of Lake Victoria, a mob of Kangaroos grazing in the garden. Enjoy a coffee in the morning sun or on the rear balcony.
